Rebecca Lennon
Rebecca Lennon is a multidisciplinary artist working across media to produce large-scale multi-channel sound and video installations, musical releases, performances, texts, drawings and print. Using rhythm and musicality within video and sound editing to disturb narrative flow, Rebecca evokes a psychological and neurodivergent relationship to language, words, loops and noise - meditating on memory and its voices, while spatialising layers of sound, vibrations and texts that fragment and repeat. Her installations and sound works consider how voice precedes and moves beyond the limits of the body in different ways, intersecting with visceral entanglements of subject matter explored in her videos and texts - such as housing, socio-economics, animality and language.
