Please read the Matt's Gallery terms and conditions carefully before placing an order or entering into a business relationship with us. Always retain a copy of your order, including related documents and emails for future reference.

By continuing with a purchase or entering into a business relationship with us, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Matt’s Gallery, London, ordered from the Matt’s Gallery website at www.mattsgallery.org. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Matt’s Gallery reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Matt’s Gallery use Paypal as their online purchasing system.

Matt’s Gallery accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All edition prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Matt’s Gallery will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Matt’s Gallery through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Matt’s Gallery has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact the gallery on +44 (0)20 8067 3842.

Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or in person at the gallery during gallery opening hours.

Matt’s Gallery currently do not have the ability to supply goods to destinations other than the UK via the website. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact the gallery directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website. All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Matt’s Gallery will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Matt’s Gallery is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Matt’s Gallery website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Matt’s Gallery may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the gallery at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from the gallery.

All artist editions will be sent to you by courier service. Matt’s Gallery will endeavour to deliver unframed editions within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.

Publications will be sent by first class mail. Matt’s Gallery will endeavour to deliver publications within 7 days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at time of purchase.

Delivery of publications to you will be considered to have occurred once the publication is placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Matt’s Gallery cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once an edition is considered delivered responsibility for the edition, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.

If Matt’s Gallery are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.

Matt’s Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Matt’s Gallery is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Ownership and Copyright
Once an edition is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose.

Payment Security
Matt’s Gallery uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.co.uk/uk

Matt’s Gallery is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Privacy/Sharing
Matt's Gallery will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary for financial processing and shipping in order to fulfil an order or another business arrangement. We may share information about the name of buyers of original artworks and editions to the artists involved in the creation of these works. We may share your personal information with couriers, shippers and other relevant parties. This may include transferring and storing data at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and manage your personal data.

Matt’s Gallery accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
